Extended Primary Care Hubs
The practice works in conjunction with the local Federation in providing additional appointments to patients at the localities below between 6.30pm – 8.00pm and at the weekend.
There are GP and Nurse appointment available at various locations throughout Stoke-on-Trent, including.
Haywood Hospital, High Lane, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 7AG
Leek Moorlands Hospital, Ashbourne Road, Staffordshire, ST13 5BQ
Bradwell Hospital, Talke Road, Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 7NJ
Longton Cottage Hospital, Upper Belgrave Road, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 4QX
Hanley Primary Care Access Hub. 69-71 Stafford Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 1LW
If you would like to see a GP or Nurse out of the Practices normal working hours then please speak to the receptionist who will be happy to look for an appointment for you.
